Withdrawal, refunds and complaints

Rules for consumers purchasing MCschool access. Cancelling subscription renewal and withdrawing from a contract are separate actions.

Withdrawal within 14 days

You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it by sending an unambiguous statement to the seller by email or post. No reason or special form is required.

Example: “I withdraw from my MCschool access contract dated …; account email …; order ID …; full name …; date …”. Send the statement before the deadline.

Immediate access

Before purchase we ask you to expressly request access before the 14-day period ends. Opening a course is not treated as an automatic waiver of your statutory withdrawal right. This checkout does not collect a declaration that you lose that right.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, amounts due are refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receipt of your statement, normally through the original payment method with no additional refund fee. Bank and payment-provider processing can affect when funds appear.

Subscription cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel the next renewal in your account subscription section; access remains until the paid period ends. Contact us if the panel is unavailable. A one-time “until exam” plan does not renew. Cancelling renewal alone is not a refund request or withdrawal notice.

Complaints and conformity

Email your order details, a description of the problem and your requested resolution. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days. Your statutory rights concerning conformity of digital content and services remain, including correction, price reduction or withdrawal where provided by law. You may contact a local Polish consumer ombudsman for assistance.
