Terms of use

1. The service

MCschool is an online platform preparing students for egzamin ósmoklasisty: video lessons, theory, auto-checked tasks, mock sheets and written-work marking. Operator: [назва компанії / ПІБ підприємця], [адреса], tax ID (NIP) [NIP], e-mail: [e-mail для питань щодо даних].

2. Your account

Give real details and do not share your account. Keep your password secret — actions in your account count as yours.

If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must approve registration and payment.

3. Free access and payment

The first topic of every course is free. Full access comes with a monthly subscription or an “until the exam” payment for 1, 2 or 3 subjects; the price is shown before you pay.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. The “until the exam” payment is one-off and valid until the exam-season end date shown at purchase.

4. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days. If you asked for immediate access and started using paid content, the law may remove that right. Write to us — we look at every case.

5. Rules

Do not share access, copy or distribute materials, try to bypass payment or protection, push the AI into giving answers, or disrupt the service. We may restrict or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Content and AI

• Videos, texts and tasks are protected by copyright and are for personal study only.
• AI hints and automatic essay marking are aids and can be wrong. You can always send an essay mark to a teacher for review.
• Mock sheet results show your level of preparation; they are not official CKE results.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep the platform stable, but we cannot guarantee a specific exam score — that depends on the student. We try to schedule maintenance outside study hours.

8. Complaints

Send complaints via “Settings → Support” or by e-mail; we reply within 14 days.

9. Changes and law

We announce changes to these terms in advance. Polish law applies; these terms do not limit your consumer rights.
